Margaret Moten is an executive leader with three decades of experience in financial services and management consulting, spanning the corporate, military, and government sectors. She serves on the board of Goodwill Central Texas and is the founder of Central Texas Grassfed. She holds a BBA in Finance from Texas A&M University and an MBA from the University of South Carolina, and has taught finance and economics at West Point.

Michael Hvisdos is a growth strategist, entrepreneur, and business leader with more than 25 years of experience helping organizations improve performance and accelerate growth. He is the Founder and CEO of Inquizo and Founder and Managing Partner of BETR Inc., where he advises executive teams on growth strategy, organizational effectiveness, and execution.
Throughout his career, Michael has built and led businesses, advised executive teams, and helped organizations navigate growth, change, and transformation. His work has centered on creating practical systems that enable people and organizations to achieve sustainable results.
Michael has served on the Austin Community College Foundation Board of Directors since 2021 and as Board Chair since 2024. In these roles, he has helped guide the Foundation’s governance, fundraising, and long-term growth strategy while advancing its mission to expand educational opportunity and student success across Central Texas.

Dr. William F. Lasher is a Professor Emeritus in the Department of Educational Administration at the University of Texas at Austin. He is past Director of the Higher Education Administration program at UT, which offers master’s and doctoral degree programs to students planning administrative and policy-making careers in senior colleges and universities, state coordinating agencies, foundations, and higher education associations. In 1997, Dr. Lasher was appointed Vice Provost and served as a University Executive Officer working mostly in the areas of academic and facilities planning. Dr. Lasher has served as a consultant on higher education finance organization and administration, and state funding systems to institutions both in the United States and internationally.

Gita Lal is the Founder and CEO of Daman Consulting, a premier provider of enterprise data management and integration solutions. Under her strategic leadership, Daman has established itself as a trusted partner for major U.S. corporations, including Boeing, Southwest Airlines, USAA, Texas Instruments, and DaimlerChrysler. She earned a BA in Economics with honors from St. Stephen’s College and an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management in Ahmedabad. Deeply committed to the local Austin community, Gita is a founding charter member of TiE Austin, volunteers as a nature guide at the Wildbasin Wilderness Preserve, and actively supports regional business development and education-focused non-profits.

Kannan Kaliyur is the CEO and founder of Connect Tech+Talent, an Austin-based global talent partner he established in 1996. With more than 30 years of experience, he helps companies across the U.S., LATAM, and India build and scale technology and engineering teams.
Kannan is deeply involved in the Austin community and serves on a number of nonprofit and for-profit boards. He is passionate about education, workforce development, entrepreneurship, and creating pathways that connect students and professionals with meaningful career opportunities.
